Welcome to Center Academy! Here are a few "need to know items" as you get your student ready for their first day. 
 

First, most of you have applied or intend to apply for a scholarship to offset the cost of tuition. Some of you may already have one in place. We will need a copy of your award letter or a screenshot of the approval ASAP once you receive it.  

 

Secondly, if you have not yet paid in full, and would like to have a monthly payment plan, we utilize the FACTS tuition management company to take care of that. We need you to set up your account as soon as you can to ensure payments are started in a timely manner before the new school year starts (or as soon as possible for mid year students). The first payment is usually the set up fee (for FACTS, not for Center Academy). The second payment will be the start of your monthly payments and typically comes out the second month. Payment plans will conclude in April in order for all payments to be in before the school year ends.

Third, you will need to set up an account in Gradelink.  Gradelink is the platform we use for registration, attendance, grade keeping, and communication. On your first visit, you will be led through the registration process, also referred to as "EnrollMe".

Finally, on our website, you can order your student’s uniform polos.  There is also a t-shirt option that can be worn on Fridays only.  Please note: Orders are placed through a company that is not affiliated with Center Academy. Because the uniforms are "customized" to Center Academy (embroidered), they are not able to be returned if the size is wrong.  Please be very sure of the size you are ordering.
